The Madison Townhomes Update 09/28/22
Reservations started a little over a week ago for the 18 Townhomes being built at The Madison Greenwood. These luxury townhomes have classy, upgraded features that make you want to simply stay home and enjoy the view. However, living in this one-of-a-kind community in Greenwood, IN you will have restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shops within walking distance to your front door.
Here are a number of questions we've been asked most recently:
What is a "Reservation"? A Reservation is just that, someone who has put a $5,000 fully refundable deposit down that says, "I want to eventually purchase this home".
Will you take more than one reservation on a Townhome? Yes, we will. Matter of fact we will take up to three reservations for one townhome.
Why will you take multiple reservations for the same Townhome? When the time comes for the actual Purchase Agreement to be signed, (Sometime in Feb/Mar 2023) the first client who placed a reservation on the home/unit will have 72 hours to confirm that they indeed are ready to purchase the home. The criteria for signing the purchase agreement are met and the client is ready to move forward. If that person is not able to move forward with the purchase the second client on the reservation list, for that particular Townhome, will be contacted and the same time frame allotted for them, and so on to the third reservation.
When is the projected completion date? Right now we are shooting for the Summer of 2023. But, how great is it that you can continue to monitor the progress of your home being built, as well as the entire development of The Madison Greenwood?
