WOW! it's been a busy couple of days. The kickoff event for The Madison Townhomes was a huge success. Over 100 REALTOR

You are able to reserve one of the Townhomes with a $5,000 refundable deposit. Final builder pricing should be available the first quarter of 2023. Clients who are first on the reservations list will have adequate time to secure financing and sign a purchase agreement. If the first person on the reservation for that unit is unable to proceed the second person on the waiting list will be contacted, and so on.
