The Madison Townhomes will begin taking Reservations
On September 14, 2022, a kickoff event will take place at the Field House, located in the center of The Madison at Greenwood. This event will be attended by hundreds of professional REALTORS throughout the City. Reservation Process: Beginning Thursday, September 15th, 2022 Reservations for The Madison Townhomes begin. A few facts about the Reservation process:
1. To Begin The Process: The buyer or the buyer's agent, will contact Tiffaney McClurg, Listing Agent, at 317-799-1221 email: tmcclurg@c21scheetz.com
2. Reservation Agreement: The buyer will complete a reservation agreement (provided by Tiffaney McClurg, Listing Agent)
3. Reservation Deposit: A $5,000, refundable, deposit is required at the time of reservation. If the buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase, it can cancel the reservation agreement at any time during the reservation period. The $5,000 deposit is refundable up until the time the Buyer and the Seller/Developer have executed the final purchase agreement.
4. Reservation Period: The reservation period is between the time the Reservation Agreement is executed and the Reservation Deposit is received, and the Final Purchase Agreement between the Buyer and Seller/Developer has been fully executed. The purchase contract will be finalized once the builder has final pricing for the Townhome.
The Buyer’s Reservation will be secured in the order in which it was received by the execution of the Reservation Agreement. There could be multiple reservations for each townhome. The final Purchase Agreement will be presented to the buyer who reserved the unit first. Should they choose not to move forward then Seller will proceed to the next buyer with a reservation on that specific unit.
