Vatche was born and grew up in Tehran. When he was in his twenties, he traveled all over Europe and the Middle East. He loved learning about different cultures and histories. In 1996, Vatche decided to move to the states so he could be closer to his family. He settled down in Bloomington, where he now calls home. When Vatche isn't working, he likes to work on DIY projects, stay active with sports and travel.
