I believe the best way to support someone is to be honest with them. That doesn’t mean being harsh, but it does mean being real. I’ll always say what needs to be said if it helps someone grow. My goal is to create an environment where agents feel supported, challenged, and clear on what their next step is.
Every agent I work with defines success a little differently. Some are focused on growth and building something bigger. Others are working toward more balance or consistency. What matters to me is helping them get there in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with their life—not someone else’s version of success.
Before moving into leadership, I built my business the same way I encourage others to—through relationships, consistency, and doing what I said I would do. That experience still shapes how I coach today. I understand what this business really looks like day to day, and I try to keep everything I teach practical, relevant, and usable.
I also bring a unique perspective on new construction, having started G&G Custom Homes with my husband. Through that experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the luxury buyer and the level of service and experience they expect. It’s a perspective I share with agents when it helps them better serve their clients and grow their business.
The most rewarding part of what I do is watching agents start to believe in what’s possible for themselves—and then helping them take the steps to make it real.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors with my Golden Retriever, Mac, reading, and spending time with my two boys who are both in college.
