A Little About Me!

I have lived in Indiana for more than 30 years and am proud to call it home! I was born in Michigan, spent my elementary years in Scottsdale, Arizona and made a brief stop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, before my family settled back down. I graduated from Arizona State with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. My minors were Economics and Spanish.

I met my husband John at the end of college and in 1991, after living in Chicago, we settled down in Zionsville, Indiana. John started working for Eli Lily & Company and I worked in medical (operating room) sales. When our third child AnnCatherine was born, I stepped back and was home full time. In 2004 I decided it was time to go back to work; this is when I made my move to real estate. John and I are proud parents of four living children.

Our oldest, Tim, is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Our oldest daughter Lillie graduated from Mizzou and earned her law degree at Syracuse University. Our daughter AnnCatherine is a graduate of George Mason University. She has Down Syndrome and it's our delight to watch her reach her goals and dreams. Our youngest, Mari, is a student at the University of
Georgia.

I am fluent in Spanish and love the Latino culture. Many Latino threads have been woven throughout my life. Not only am I fluent in Spanish, but I can speak just enough French to be dangerous! Indiana is my home and I am proud to call it that!

Why did I choose a career in real estate?

I chose real estate because it is a privilege to help people reach their goal in what is the single, largest financial transaction that most people undertake. It takes expert negotiation, finesse, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the local market. I enjoy being an expert in these abilities and using my talents to help others reach their goals.

I chose CENTURY 21 Scheetz because of the strong market presence and phenomenal resources it offers to our clients. When I went to real estate, I wanted to work with the best in the business. My Mission

The real estate market is always changing, and to serve my clients I stay on top of the trends. Ongoing education and training are paramount to me and help keep me in a position to aggressively help you achieve your real estate goals. Technology and the internet is a significant portion of our growing real estate business. I am certified and trained to understand the intricacies of buying and selling homes in this special market.

In my first year of real estate, I was named Rookie of the Year and have continued to grow my business exponentially…by returning clients, by referrals, and by effectively marketing YOUR HOME on the internet! Now, many years later, I am an experienced sales professional who excels in the art of negotiation. When you need an excellent REALTOR, we need to talk! My mission is to make the process of buying or selling your home as easy and as satisfying as possible. Currently, my team and I are ranked number 26 in the US. We focus on wonderful client care and strong execution of our client’s real estate needs.

I know that each client has different needs, and feel it is a privilege to help you meet yours. I take the REALTOR Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct seriously, and as a result, run my business with honesty and integrity.
