As the Senior Sales Manager of the Bloomington office, Kirsten Lee leads with a passion for developing people and building a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and genuine support. Her leadership journey began as an agent in 2016, where she quickly found her passion for helping others grow—leading her from agent to mentor and ultimately into leadership.

This first-hand experience allows her to truly understand the challenges and opportunities agents face at every stage of their business.

Kirsten is known for creating an environment where agents feel supported and challenged, both personally and professionally. She leads with genuine care, ensuring each agent has the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to succeed.

A lifelong Bloomington resident, Kirsten is proud to serve and lead in the community she calls home. Her relationship-first approach carries through everything she does, from coaching agents to fostering meaningful connections within the office.

Outside of work, Kirsten’s greatest joy is spending time with family and friends and raising her teenage daughter. This foundation of connection influences her leadership, where she is known for her ability to recognize and cultivate the strengths in others—guiding them to grow with confidence and purpose.
