Born and raised on the southside of Indianapolis, Julie Steele brings deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate every stage of life through real estate. Serving Indianapolis, Greenwood, and the surrounding areas, Julie specializes in downsizing, home cleanouts, second home purchases, and residential real estate transitions.

Julie began her real estate journey in 2016, working alongside a small family investment company where she gained hands-on experience in property management, renovations, and real estate investment. In 2023, she joined Century 21 Scheetz as part of the Brian Sanders Group, expanding her ability to serve clients through a full-service, team-based approach.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Julie offers strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a consultative approach that ensures every client feels informed and supported. She is especially passionate about helping clients through major life transitions—whether that means downsizing a longtime home, coordinating cleanouts, or finding the right second home or investment property.

Julie takes pride in guiding clients through what can often feel like an overwhelming process. From the first conversation to closing day, she prioritizes clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and a well-executed experience.

A graduate of Butler University, Julie also attended Ball State University and is a proud alum of Center Grove. When she’s not working with clients, you can find her boating on Lake Lemon, hiking Indiana State Parks, practicing and teaching yoga, or cooking with fresh herbs from her backyard.
