Janet Lane brings more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate and the loan industry to CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Bloomington, Indiana. She lives by a true client-first philosophy—listening carefully, communicating clearly, and responding quickly to meet each client’s unique needs.
Raised in California and a college graduate from Oklahoma, Janet’s cross-country moves sparked her love for real estate and her passion for helping others find their perfect home.
Janet specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through every step of both the lending and buying process. One of her greatest joys is seeing the excitement on a buyer’s face when they walk into a home and realize—it’s the one!
When she’s not helping clients, Janet enjoys spending time with her family and playing video games with her grandsons.
