As a high-producing real estate agent, Dan Irish sold 35 homes a year, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to build a sustainable and profitable real estate business. Today, as Senior Sales Manager at CENTURY 21 Scheetz, he uses that experience to help agents scale their businesses and achieve greater success.

Dan is dedicated to coaching and developing agents who want more from their careers. He specializes in helping agents move beyond treating real estate like a hobby and start building it into a full-time business. Through a focus on growth, proven systems, and meeting agents where they are, Dan helps agents elevate their performance and create lasting success. On average, the agents he coaches close 15 transactions per year, with many continuing to grow as they implement the strategies he teaches.

A lifelong Hoosier, Dan grew up in Carmel, Indiana, in a military family and graduated from Carmel High School. He walked on to the Indiana University football team and later earned a full-ride football scholarship under Coach Bill Mallory. Dan and his wife, Mindy, live in Fishers with their four children.

Dan is also passionate about giving back to his community. He serves as a member of the MIBOR Professional Standards Committee, is a board member at the Fishers YMCA, and coaches football at HSE High School.
