My real estate career began unexpectedly, but leadership quickly became the through‑line. After moving from New Zealand to the U.S., what began as getting licensed to buy my own home grew into a career centered on service, mentorship, and helping others succeed.

Today, as a Senior Manager, I focus on developing agents — strengthening their skills, elevating their confidence, and guiding them toward sustainable business growth. My background as both a broker and an appraiser gives me a unique lens for helping agents operate with clarity and strategy.

I’ve served the industry as MIBOR President and President of the REALTOR® Foundation, roles that deepened my commitment to raising professional standards and supporting the REALTOR® community.

I lead by example, invest in others, and believe in lifting people as they rise. Outside of work, I’m happiest traveling or spending time with my family.
