Annie L. Adams-Hamilton serves as Chief Operating Officer, EOS Integrator for CENTURY 21 Scheetz, the largest locally owned brokerage in Indiana. With more than two decades of experience, Annie’s career reflects steady growth rooted in service, leadership, and vision. She began her journey with CENTURY 21 in high school, working at the front desk, and advanced through a variety of roles that shaped her deep understanding of the business.

Annie is a graduate of Ball State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication. It was during her freshman year of college that she met her husband, Matt, a relationship that has remained a steady foundation throughout her personal and professional journey.

Graduating from Ascend marked a defining moment in Annie’s personal and professional journey. The leadership principles and personal development gained through Ascend helped shape her confidence, clarity, and purpose, and continue to influence how she leads, builds relationships, and creates meaningful impact within her organization and community.

2002-2020 Annie led and developed the company’s corporate relocation division, creating services that support talent attraction for local businesses and contribute to regional economic development. Through strategic partnerships and a people-centered approach, her work has helped organizations successfully relocate employees while strengthening communities across Indiana.

From 2020 to 2024, Annie served as Vice President of Sales. In 2025, she was named Chief Operating Officer, providing organizational leadership across CENTURY 21 Scheetz and supports its family of companies, including Milestone Home Lending and Dominion Title. She aligns people, processes, and technology to support long-term growth while ensuring a consistent, elevated experience.

Beyond her professional role, Annie serves on the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and is an alum advisor for Pi Beta Phi. She actively supports the CENTURY 21 Scheetz Foundation and community initiatives and is known for her approachable leadership style and people-first mindset.
