In this pivotal role, he played a crucial part in launching new communities and overseeing the development of over $100 million worth of move-in-ready homes. His hands-on approach, from pricing properties in emerging neighborhoods to collaborating closely with construction teams, ensured a seamless experience for his sales teams buyers from contract to closing.

Dante's background isn't just in real estate. He's also spent 25 years in the restaurant business, working with both private and Fortune 500 companies. This experience sharpened his skills in customer service and business management. His entrepreneurial drive led him to start a remodeling and painting business, and he even added home inspector training to his skill set. Plus, he spent some time at Apple retail as a Business Specialist which added another dimension to his professional experience.
