Megan “Wanqing” grew up in a family that worked in the Real Estate business in Beijing, China. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. She chose to stay in Bloomington after graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Public Relations. 

As a REALTOR®/Broker, Wanqing understands that buying and selling Real Estate can be overwhelming. However, she offers knowledge and enthusiasm to both buyers and sellers to make the process enjoyable. She is always focused on providing clients with a comprehensive knowledge base, outstanding marketing, efficient negotiating, and expertise in closing transactions. 

Wanqing and her husband, Craig, love trying new restaurants and exploring distinct nature preserves. They are active members of Calvary Baptist Church here in Bloomington and love to serve the community in a variety of areas.
