It's hard to know where to begin with this property. Brown County is known for gorgeous views, wildlife, parks, trails and more. This property offers a small piece of that with six acres, a pond, a four unit cabin, secondary building site, RV parking, horse accommodations and only feet from Brown County State Park and The Story Inn. Currently operating as an investment property with several years of solid revenue generation. The cabin is a "Quad" with four individual suites. Guest may rent a suite, or all four suites for larger parties. Each suite features an open concept with living room, dining, and bedroom area, as well as full bathroom. Each of the two levels features two suites with private entrance and huge two story deck. There is an old fashion, wood burning sauna with pond view. At the property entrance is a camping site with room for large campers/trailers as well as electric hookup, horse stalls, corral, hitching post and concrete pad with table and grill. All electric.
