24.29 Acres - Hunting Camp, Barndo Living, a Big Shop, & Scenery Worth Coming Home To! Location! Location! Here's a place where you can bring the toys, invite your buddies, and spend the weekend without wishing you had more room. Located on Dover Hill Road near Loogootee, these 24.29 acres offer awesome scenery, rock ledges, and a country setting that deserves a look. The barndo-style living quarters give you a comfortable place to stay, a kitchen with hickory cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, a full bath, and a washer and dryer. Come in from a day outside, clean up, fix some supper, and make yourself at home. And the shop? Now we're talking! A big, open space with room for your campers, boats, trailers-and your buddies will probably want to park theirs here, too! Heated flooring, floor drains, and a 12-foot-wide by 16-foot-tall overhead door makes access easy. The three-sided, 16-foot-deep porch might be where everyone ends up. Put on the coffee, pull up a chair, and enjoy the scenery. There's room to spread out, fire up the grill, and visit long after supper is over. An additional insulated shed gives you more storage, and the water, septic, propane, and underground utilities are already in place. Walk the ground, check out the rock ledges, and bring your plans. Whether you're after a weekend hunting camp or a spot to enjoy barn-do living - This one has your last name already!
