Tracy has had a lifelong career in the real estate industry.  Her first job as a teenager was working the front desk in a small real estate office in Carmel Indiana.  She continued working in and learning the real estate industry throughout her high school and college years.  After college she worked in the title insurance industry selling title insurance which led her to accepting the position of Relocation Director for CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 1996. 
As the relocation division grew Tracy's focus shifted to growing the CENTURY 21 Scheetz Brokerage throughout the Indianapolis market area.  In 1997 she became a partner with Mick Scheetz and currently serves as President.  She is actively involved in MIBOR and currently serves as the Chair of the Grievance Committee and has passionately served on the Realtor Foundation Board.
