Patty’s experience lies in implementation of strategies defined to increase proficiency, productivity, and profitability. After working in the corporate arena for many years, from the Human resource field, Training and Development, to owning her own consulting company Patty joined CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 2005. “I knew this organization understood the importance of treating people with respect, never being satisfied with the status quo, and continually strives to be the Real Estate Office of choice for the consumer and for sales associates” said Patty.

The Real Estate Industry is ever-changing. It is an industry that enables Patty to continuously improve our processes, and implementation of strategies and systems to help our customers, and our professional Sales Associates.

Patty, her husband and three children have lived in the Indianapolis area since 1993. Patty grew up in South Florida, her husband in Northern Indiana.  After graduating from Grace College with a Bachelors degree in Communications they decided to make Indiana home.
