FREE HOME UPDATE – How To Get The Most From This Interactive Tool!
Q: What is a Free Home Update? What did I just sign Up For?
A: When you register on CENTURY 21 Scheetz you are able to utilize the member service area, the interactive FREE tool allowing you to manage your own personal search for homes and have homes automatically sent to your inbox whenever a new home comes on the market that fits your criteria.
Below are directions on how best to utilize the FREE Member Services Area on the CENTURY 21 Scheetz
Website.
Upon filling out the registration:

Please look in your email for a registration link that will take you to your member services area.

By clicking the link, you will go back to the Member Services Area – CLICK ON MEMBER LOGIN

Enter Your Password And CLICK LOGIN
The next few steps are very important in order to receive the best information in your email inbox.
Your PROFILE should be complete with all the details for your home criteria in order for you to receive just the information that fits your needs

Click on MY PROFILE

The highlighted areas are very important to complete in order to receive JUST the properties you desire.
THE GOOD STUFF – SEARCHING FOR HOME!
1. In your MEMBER SERVICES area, click on SEARCH FOR PROPERTIES
2. Search for your desired home
3. When you find a home you like, save it, – CLICK SAVE
4. A separate box will appear where you can NAME the property, make a COMMENT (so you can remember what you liked) Rate it on a scale of 1-10, put a check in the box to alert you when the price drops, Then click SAVE
5. Continue to search for homes. To view the homes you’ve saved, you can view them a couple different ways. 1) located on each page of your search you will notice a box to the right- click on saved properties
The properties you’ve saved will appear 
(2)The second way to view your saved properties is that any time you log in to your member services area click on MY FAVORITES – all of your saved properties will show up – share them with your family and friends.
IMPORTANT – To ensure that all of your FREE HOME UPDATES are delivered in one email, versus separate emails click on My Free home Updates in your MEMBER SERVICES area.
A box will appear allowing you to choose to receive your updates all in one email – Much nicer!! Click CHANGE!
