Loretta began her real estate career in 1989 at Graves Realtors in Indianapolis lN.  She went to work with CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 1994 as a Realtor®. Four years later, she joined the corporate relocation division of Scheetz as Inventory Manager, managing the corporate owned homes for Scheetz corporate clients. 

During this time, Loretta has contributed to decreasing the BMA variance, TDE and average days on market. Her track record has earned the relocation division both awards and business growth. In addition to experience, she attributes her success to a background in retail management and finance.

Loretta earned her Brokers License in 1999 along with the professional designations CNIS, CNMS, and CNRS 2000-2003. 

Loretta is an active member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Indiana Association of Realtors. She has won the Centurion Award, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2008, Diamond Award 2004, Masters Diamond 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2010

In addition to enjoying the full time position of Relocation Inventory Manager, Loretta enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren, reading, sewing and traveling.
