The real estate market is changing and to serve my clients I stay on top of the changes.  Ongoing education and training are paramount to me and help keep me in a position to aggressively help you achieve your real estate goals.  Technology and the internet is a significant portion of our growing real estate business.  I am e-Pro Certified and I am also a Fine Homes and Estates designated REALTOR and understand the intricacies of buying and selling homes in this special market.

I am an experienced sales professional who excels in  the art of negotiation.  My sales training came from one of the top five sales and marketing corporations in the nation: Johnson & Johnson.  Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I received extensive executive sales experience in pharmaceuticals and the operating room markets.  During that tenure, I  was consistently the top sales person in the country as well as the National Sales Trainer.  As a REALTOR, I am currently the top selling agent in my office as well as currently ranked in the top twenty Century 21 agents in our tri-state region!  However, I am proud to treat each client as if they are my ONLY client. 

In my first year of real estate, I was named Rookie of the Year and have continued to grow my business exponentially...by returning clients, by referrals, and by effectively marketing YOUR HOME on the internet!  In spite of a softer market in 2007, my business has grown by more than 50%.  When you need an excellent REALTOR, we need to talk! As your professional REALTOR, my mission is  to make the process of buying or selling your home as easy and as satisfying as possible.

I know that each client has different needs and feel it is a privilege to help you meet yours.  I take the REALTOR Code Of Ethics and Professional Conduct seriously, and as a result run my business with honesty and integrity.  

I have made my home in several states including Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin, California, and Illinois but have been a resident of Zionsville, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis, since 1991.  My husband  works for Eli Lilly & Company and we have four children.  My children attend the International School of Indiana, Zionsville Community High School, and Eagle Elementary  in Zionsville.  We are active in our church and in local youth sports and ministries.  For the last several years, I have led a mission team to Mexico in the summer.  I have a passion for people with disabilities and am proud of my office's commitment to Indiana Special Olympics.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) REALTOR and speak enough French to be dangerous!  I enjoy using my language skills "for good and not evil" by teaching Spanish home buying classes to first time homebuyers.
