The CENTURY 21 ATC Legacy Foundation was founded in 2003. The foundation is a non-profit organization committed to helping those in our community.
The foundation was first started when 19 REALTORS from CENTURY 21 At The Crossing each donated $1,000 to the founding board members. The foundation was formed as a way to organize, energize and assist the families and/or clients for which our REALTORS assist.
The founding board set three basic goals:

Provide emergency relief for victims of fire, crime and other casulaties in our community

To support with time, talent and treasure housing opportunities for the less fortunate

To support other charities that strive to improve our community
CENTURY 21 Scheetz REALTORS are doing more than just selling homes! We are working to make our community a better place to call home, for everyone!
The activities of the Foundation are made possible by generous contributions from CENTURY 21 Scheetz agents and staff, as well as various fundraising events

Since the inception in 2003, the foundation has helped to support hundreds of families and organizations throughout Central Indiana. Here are just a few recent examples:

Mary is terminally ill with mounting hospital bills. The foundation provided financial assistance to helps Mary and her family enjoy a trip of a lifetime, creating memories forever.

[Jane] (different name used for this website purpose) is a victim of abuse and needed imediate help to relocate. The foundation provided funds to help [Jane] escape from an abusive situation

Carol was about to lose her home because of illness. The foundation provided financial assistance to help keep her home

The foundation provided supplies for the Homeless Hosier Veterans

The foundation provided care for A.J who has MS while family members were unavailable.

The foundation flew food and supplies to New Orleans after Katrina

The foundation supports needy families at Christmas time
The foundation has partnered with:
- The REALTOR Foundation, providing resources for the homeless here in our own city
- The Timmy Foundation, helping children across the world receive quality healthcare and education.
- Habitat for Humanity,
- Wheeler Mission
- Ronald McDonald House
- Indiana Blood Center
