Shereen KulakAn Illinois native, Shereen has called Indianapolis home since 1998. She has been very active in the Indianapolis area real estate market since then with valuable experience from residential sales, custom building, assisting top producing agents, corporate relocation, property management, and new agent coaching and training. Prior to joining the leadership team as Branch Manager for the Downtown office Shereen was not only successful selling real estate, but worked for several top agents in the city helping them to grow their business and achieve top agent status. She has implemented the same strategies and systems that helped the top producing agents achieve that status within the downtown office; helping each of her agents achieve a high level of success. Indianapolis has been a wonderful place for Shereen to live, work, and raise her two children. Both of her children attend private school and have participated in club sports, both of which are valuable information to buyers from outside the Indy area. She knows all about St. Richard’s, Orchard, University High School, and Brebeuf School. Her son played travel hockey with the Indy Racers, and her daughter swam for Washington Township Swim Club. Shereen herself used to coach cheerleading at North Central, and both her daughter and son have participated in sports and other extracurricular activities at University High School and Orchard respectively. While she has a vast amount of knowledge of the Indianapolis area, the school systems, and such you will often find Shereen enjoying her other hobbies such as working out, listening to music, and reading. The downtown office embraces the artistic lifestyle Mass Ave by participating in the First Friday events. First Friday’s allows you to explore the galleries downtown, as well as enjoy events from local business owners, such as CENTURY 21 Scheetz. When you enter the Downtown Office you will notice various pieces of art hung throughout the office. The proud artists of Indianapolis allow their pieces to be on display throughout the month, and are eager to share new pieces each month. The culture of the downtown office is one in which you could sum up in one word…Fun. However, everyone understands that the only way you can play hard is if you first work hard. The office is built on camaraderie and support. The experienced agents are willing and eager to mentor the newer agents, and the support staff helps each agent to focus on what they do best, see the people, by assisting them with their daily business needs. Shereen’ s passion for training and coaching is one of the main reason she loves being the Downtown Broker Manager. From helping a new agent get their first transaction, to helping that experienced agent achieve the next level in their career you will always see and hear Shereen coaching and positively reinforcing those around her to succeed.
