Richard Lampe

Richard Lampe

I am Richard Lampe, Vice President of Sales and Managing Broker for the CENTURY 21 Scheetz Carmel Branch. I was born and raised in Indiana my entire life. Graduated from Carmel High School and had the opportunity to attend Indiana University in Bloomington and IUPUI in Indianapolis. My initial career was in the automotive industry as a regional manager prior to taking a leap into my true passion which is real estate. I have resided in Westfield for the past 14 years, I have two wonderful children, a grandchild and a bull dog named Noodles.

I entered into real estate in November of 2000 partly out of curiosity and a new found passion from my personal experiences in investing in real estate. Immediately I found a love for the industry, not only because of the satisfaction in finding someone the perfect home or investment but also in the business and personal relationships built along the way.

My first year in the Real Estate business I was Rookie Of The Year with $6.5 million in real estate sales. Each year I continued to grow my business and the following five years was awarded the prestigious CENTURY 21 Centurion Award that is presented to top agents throughout the nation each year. While I was personally producing I found an amazing amount of satisfaction in mentoring the newer agents that entered into the real estate business and found great satisfaction in watching them grow.

When the opportunity arose, in September of 2006, to move from personal production to management I knew immediately that this was a perfect fit for me. I love coaching and mentoring agents, watching them grow their business while fulfilling their business and financial goals. It has been extremely rewarding to watch the Carmel office continually rank in the top 10 offices in the CENTURY 21 System, and in 2010 seeing the office rank as the number five office in the Century 21 System. This success is because of the dedicated real estate professionals who reside in the Carmel office. The spirit of camaraderie and team work is evident each and every day throughout the office. Working together to achieve individual and company goals is part of the culture here at Carmel, it’s just who we are, it’s what we do.

Leading a successful office is about caring for each individual, knowing their goals, and helping each person reach their full potential. My passion for personally producing quickly turned to a passion for seeing others succeed. Today, as Vice President of Sales, and the Carmel Branch Manager, my focus remains on helping agents flourish in the Real Estate business as well as training future managers within CENTURY 21 Scheetz.

Jason Engle

Jason is a graduate from Illinois State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Government and has a focus in urban development. Almost immediately after graduating college Jason began a fast tracked career in real estate in Chicago with one of the largest real estate team’s in not only his market, but in the nation. In Chicago’s real estate market, Jason specialized primarily in new construction residential real estate development, sales and marketing. After becoming the senior sales representative on the team, he independently formed The Engle Residential Group training and leading his own team of residential Realtors, again focusing in residential new construction.

The opportunity to join Century 21 Scheetz’ leadership team was a dream come true for him and brought together a series of life experiences that have prepared him for a roll in residential real estate leadership. Jason has a never satisfied approach to service and remains committed to stay ahead of the technology curves at all times. When asked what his thoughts are on the transition from being an agent to a manager, he replied, “There is nothing more rewarding than to know I have contributed to the growth and development of the best new and veteran agents in Indianapolis as well as the success of Century 21 Scheetz, an institution in our market.”

CENTURY 21 Scheetz Carmel

The CENTURY 21 Scheetz Carmel office opened their doors in 1976. Today, the Carmel office is host to approximately 100 Sales Associates, Scheetz Relocation division, the Accounting Department; several support staff, and a full time manager.

Richard Lampe, Vice President of Sales and Managing Broker, has over 10 years of Real Estate experience. Prior to becoming the Managing Broker Richard was a multi-million dollar producer for CENTURY 21 Scheetz, consistently earning the prestigious Century 21 Centurion award. Richard is active in the real estate community as a member of MIBOR grievance committee and professional standards committee. As past president of the North Side BNI marketing group Richard is an avid networker, teaching and coaching his agents on how to incorporate this into their personal business.

CENTURY 21 Scheetz Carmel office is proud of their # 1 Market share in units sold for Carmel, Hamilton County, and all of MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors). This success is due to several contributing factors:

  1. Customer Driven Focus: CENTURY 21 Scheetz Sales Associates are proud to offer their clients a quality service survey upon the closing of each transaction. This office proudly boasts year after year the Office Quality Service Award, which is presented by CENTURY 21, based on high quality service scores from the customer.
  2. Teaming Culture: "Agents supporting agents", that is the motto and the culture within the office. Although each Sales Associate is building upon their own individual business you will always find an abundance of support and encouragement amongst the Scheetz team.
  3. Coaching and Mentoring: Management Coaching and agent to agent Mentoring is a vital part of the supportive culture at the Carmel office
  4. Cutting Edge Technology: As the industry leaders in technology CENTURY 21 Scheetz Sales Associates are armed with the tools necessary to build a thriving business, streamline their business, and service the customer.
  5. Top Selected Talent: The Sales Associate is the face of the company, therefore CENTURY 21 Scheetz is very selective with whom they hire. As the saying goes, "Success breeds success", and this is evident when looking at CENTURY 21 Scheetz Sales Associates.
It is a top priority to provide each individual sales associate with unsurpassed sales support. It is the objective of CENTURY 21 Scheetz to ensure that the sales associate is able to focus on "seeing the people" and "servicing the customer". Therefore, entering listings, answering phones, taking care of all photo requirements, creating virtual tours and flyers, and your own personal licensed assistant to hire, the support provided to each agent is in abundance.

The Carmel culture centers around ensuring that agents are growing a thriving business, the company is profitable and growing mark share, and that it is a fun place to work. We understand there is a time for everything, and we certainly make sure that fun is on the agenda. From monthly/quarterly contest, to company outings, to holiday parties, to business after hours you can be sure that being a part of the CENTURY 21 Scheetz family you will not only achieve the success you desire, you will enjoy each step of the way.
