Licensing Process:

“How do I begin the process of becoming a licensed Real Estate Professional?” Often you might hear that getting your license is step one. We believe that...

• Step one is scheduling time to come in and speak with one of our Branch Managers. Getting all of your questions answered, and having the manager assist you through the process is extremely beneficial. Oh, and don’t forget to ask the manager about our Scholarship School Program!
• Step two is getting licensed. Here are several schools in the area along with the schedules for the classes.
• Step three is taking your state test following your pre-licensing course
• Step four is joining the best brokerage in town, CENTURY 21 Scheetz.

CENTURY 21 Scheetz is a teaching brokerage and we are committed to your education. We take this responsibility very seriously and therefore provide ongoing learning sessions, new agent training, weekly coaching sessions, seminars, online webinars, and field training. In the Real Estate industry there is always something new to learn. We ensure our agents are abreast of the latest legal requirements, as well as new and innovative marketing techniques to grow your business.
